the hotel is close to the tube station. the location is great for getting around. the breakfast service stood out with enjoyable mornings. the staff were friendly and always ready to help when needed.
the air conditioning system made some noise at times.

really good service and location
convenient location friendly staff
The location is convenient. Earl's court underground station is a short walk away, we loved that. roger at breakfast was a standout. His energy and friendliness made each morning nice.

subpar stay needs attention
faulty air conditioning stained sheets
the location was acceptable, near to transport links and a few local shops.
the room i was allocated was far from excellent. the air conditioning didn't work properly, instead of cooling, it just kept displaying a 'centrally controlled' message and heated the room to an unbearable temperature. even worst was the stained sheets, it looked awful.

excellent hotel near earl's court
central location helpful staff excellent breakfast comfortable room
i found the location fantastic especially with earl's court station very close. a grocery store is just across the street and high street kensington is nearby. the breakfast buffet offered great choices and a restaurant along with a bar operates late. the staff were very helpful providing umbrellas on rainy days and arranging early access to my room.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the room furnishings like small chips and scuffs.
